Well folks, just another reminder before the “Emergency” Board of Directors (BOD) Meeting. It appears that Union Paid Leave (UPL) is about to get more complicated for the crack negotiation team at 755 Riverpoint Drive, West Sacramento. As most of our readers are already aware, UPL is for negotiations, yet, this crack team has to round-up the local chapters in order to make a decision. It really makes me wonder what the hell they have been doing there in Sac all this time. Setting all the obvious questions aside, lets talk about some transparency since this “Emergency” meeting must happen. After all, the CUSA trial, which Mike Jimenez has kept from us all, starts on July 27th in US Federal Court in Sacramento in front of Senior Judge Lawrence Karlton.
Starting on the 27th, the Truth about CUSA and CCPOA’s involvement finally comes out! Mr. Mike Jimenez, Mr. Joseph Baumann, Mr. James Martin, Mr. Lance Corcoran, and other CCPOA officials will all be under oath in Federal court. That is going to be very scary for a few because the lies will either continue or be brought out into the light for us all to understand. I believe there are approximately 60,000 pages of documents that Mike Jimenez wants to keep confidential and concealed from the membership. Unit6times.com welcomes the day when everything will be available to Bargaining Unit6 members. There will be no more discredit to this site. The intentional cover-up by Mike Jimenez, Chuck Alexander, and the entire Executive Council will be exposed. Chuck Alexander has been instrumental in “pretending” he has no involvement. Mr. Jimenez has tried to keep Chuck Alexander “clean,” so the money train can keep moving Jimenez’s way. If Jimenez saves Chuck he might still land that lucrative consulting gig with CCPOA after he retires.
The Truth about allegations involving sexual harassment, bank fraud, death threats, intimidation, payment of hush money, mistresses, prostitutes, diverting membership dues, financial mismanagement, theft, illegal search and seizure, unauthorized PAC fund disbursements, false filings with the IRS and the State of California will finally touch every Bargaining Unit6 member. We will begin to understand why CCPOA has no plan for success. The membership will learn the specifics about Mike Jimenez and Joseph Baumann’s CCPOA illegal credit card usage. The use of UPL for non-union business. Mike Jimenez’s misuse of PAC money involving a Colorado politician. Everyone will learn about CCPOA’s attempts to use our money to control and dictate union elections and decertifications in other states as far as the East Coast. The World will learn the depth of Mike Jimenez’s vindictiveness using CCPOA money, highly priced attorneys, and slander to destroy those that disagree with his wicked ways.
Unit6times.com subscribers might even learn if Mike Jimenez really has evaded paying his taxes for the last 5 years. The list of witnesses being called to testify is immense. Members of the BOD will certainly be involved in the trial. Some aiding the corruption, which explains the loyalty to Mike Jimenez at these dog and pony shows called BOD Meetings. Those that cooperate with Mike Jimenez and the EC receive legal protection and perks for their loyalty. However, this will be short lived for many because this could potentially turn into a criminal conspiracy.
Over 30,000 members will read in the major news papers about the corruption reaching to the highest levels of CCPOA. This will effect every BOD member to the fullest. Especially since Mike Jimenez is relying so heavily on the BOD as an excuse for the EC’s short-comings (No pun intended Helton). These are all things the BOD should be thinking about. They should also be asking how much this litigation has cost CCPOA, especially since we don’t have the money necessary to assist our political friends unless we are talking about Don Perata.

It seems a chief job steward from the west side of C.M.C. has been telling members we have a professional negotiator who has been working on contract issues for more then a month. So if it’s a chief job steward that means his information could only come from one source, C.M.C. chapter president Pat Cambpell. After all we are suppose to believe Mike will lead us through this hard time just have faith in him. Oh yeah you can ask Pat personally this Thursday because there is chapter board meeting in the east side snack bar at 1430.

Mr. Jimenez, have you decided if you are going to lie to the Federal Judge? Or did you find an excuse not to show? I really think the stuck in a foreign country with a lost passport could work.
What about Joseph Baumann? Is he going to claim mental health issues? Maybe he could fake a paranoid episode on the stand. At any rate, it will certainly be a stress test for his old ticker.
I just hope Jim Martin doesn’t take the fall for you guys; although, he has much culpability. In the end he’d be better off rolling on you all since he knows every dirty detail about all the money.
If I were that CPA I’d be keeping a diary. Most mobsters hide-away their book keeper, you don’t have that luxury. Oh, maybe because your a mobster wanna-be. This poor CPA feller is out on front street. If I were an investigator I would get the CPA and Martin separate, so you better get the fingers pointing in the right direction.
Also, have Perry Speth go to Costco buy Rolaids in bulk because you guys are going to be eating them-up. Stay away from Caffeine, especially Joseph.
Lastly, good job on getting the BOD to fold like cheap lawn chairs. Someone should make a movie called “Non-Profit Gone Wild!” Mike you could film it at Hooters. Have the ACLU do Marijuana advertisements for California. I have been meaning to ask you Mr. Jimenez, how is that video documentary on Marijuana legalization going? Are you profiting from it? Also, is the BOD aware? Probably not since they’re to worried about the negotiation issue. A great natural diversion from corruption. Such a great diversion, you have members saying; “Does the lawsuit really matter, we need a contract.” Hate to remind everyone about the criminal activity. I guess that is second in line. No Governor will be able to afford to deal with Bargaining Unit6 with those type of allegations hanging over our heads. Again, they have to go! Why is this difficult to figure out?

Read the letter to membership on what happened at state board meeting this weekend. Funny Lt. who attended this was so happy Mike was so good at the two state board meetings he attended. First this LT has made it be known he wants to run for C.M.C. chapter president. Second this same LT was at the convention when Mikey won his second election. Third this Lt. with both current President and Vice president of C.M.C. all wrote letters for Perry Speth regarding a conversation that may have happened regarding Don Novey. Fourth if Raul Garcia was not allowed to run for the E.C. President spot, how is it this LT was allowed to sit at state board meeting regarding possible contract negotiations when has acted out of class has a Captain. Wasn’t this the same thing Raul was removed from the election. Fifth thing get real the only reason Mike is attempting to clean his act up at state board meetings is because the amount of people attending, plus the media coverage. Mike needs to resign and so does have the E.C.. I will look again on the D.P.A. website for these so called verbal agreements, but if some one else can find them let m know.

Corcoran Chapter Update
Well, the verdict is in! You can now add eight (8) more people to the suspended list. That’s right: the 8 popularly elected local board members who had the unmitigated gall to vote against mike jimenez at the Convention two years ago, and furthered their transgression by later beginning a recall drive against our chapter president and MJ apologist extraordinaire, have been suspended from CCPOA for one year. In addition, they were fined $675.00 each. And the ones who later dumped CCPOA were ordered to pay back dues for the months after they dropped to be reinstated. No word on how they will be forced to pay, right now it is more of a joke than anything. I mean… Who really takes these clowns seriously??? Quite a bit of talk at Corcoran about mass dropping of CCPOA. Also several members who agree substantially with the previous board talking about running as we are up this year. This should get good!!!
P.S. The one board member who didn’t get “punished” did vote against MJ at the convention but later went back into the MJ fold and voted against recalling our chapter president. It gets curiouser and curiouser! (:

It is true my friend. I talked to two of the affected “members” today. I do not know at this point whether it was taken up or reviewed by the BOD at this wknd’s meeting, or any other time, but the so-called “punishments” are true enough. These members have letters in hand.

Don’t forget that it was Corcoran’s chapter prez who instigated the last minute manuever that disqualified the biggest threat to MJ’s continued dominence of CCPOA, Raul Garcia. If not for our chapter prez’s sleazy little move, we would very likely have a different man at the helm today. Our local prez WOULD have been recalled for his actions if not for the interference of three MJ lackeys: K. Stoetzel (VSPW), P. Day (CSATF), and C. Hughes (Fired ex-Lt. and benificiary of your donations to the CA. Staff Assault Task Force). These are the three who placed our local chapter into receivership, initiating the bogus accusations that have led to our current dilemma. Or should I say, “opportunity”. Corcoran ain’t gonna’ lie down!

He’ll probably sue you for the money at a cost of 2-million. Then, Mastagni can kick some back to Mike and the EC.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, BOD members quietly wait. Hey Marques, way to go standing-up for your partners that actually work. If you have another camp-out don’t expect to see any Corcoran faces.
Lets hear more talk about unity and fighting the Governor. What a joke! To imagine there are those on the BOD thinking we can hang in there for the contract cause, sit at the table, etc… Yet, we can’t even defend our own from our OWN organization.

What is it with all of these suspensions and the BOD sits there peeing in fear of themselves being suspended. If they question Mikey They then loose their all expense trips to Sacramento, Ontario, Fresno, Bakersfield or other Calif. armpits where BOD meets. Oh ya if suspended lose their cushie post assignment with weekends off. They must tremble in Mikey’s presence at the thought of losing these. Perhaps it is the fear of losing an all expense trip to Las Vegas to bow before Mikey..
Many old timers on the retired chapter board openly questioned Mikey’s values, morality, ability and as a result now we have a chapter without funding. Bet we have ten delegates in Vegas in Dec. funded or not. We will haunt you,question you and expose you Mikey as the self serving puke , maggott you really are. Retirees are proud of what we built and po’d at what you have done. When you are suspended from office and ran out of West Sacra there will be celebration state wide heck even nation wide. I know of several dozen retired CPO’s in North Idaho and elsewhere through out the country.
Your demise may even warrant a special holiday in our MOU. “freedom from fat boy Mikey day” Kinda got carried away there sorry.

I guess it boils down to 2-schools of thought. The first school says; “We’re in a GOD awful situation, but we must stick together. After all, we need a contract, rid ourselves of furloughs, etc…”
The second school of thought says; “How the hell can CCPOA move forward when our leaders attack members, hide litigation, change by-laws to stay in power, etc…”
Then, we have a guy like Marques with real potential. He isn’t the only one, but he has been somewhat vocal. Just not outspoken enough. He has some popularity just for being vocal. Why not turn it up speak his mind completely in open forum. At the Ontario meeting he was “upset” because JB and SF didn’t “Get-down” and dance with Mike Jimenez.
Reality is if he truly disagrees with Jimenez, why doesn’t he dance? Waiting to fill a rapidly approaching vacuum is what I see. I like action not opportunity. In my book he falls short on action.
After all, Marques had the energy to attempt to bring the organization together with the camp-outs. Why not rally the BOD.
This same logic applies to all the BOD members. I singled Marques out because he prides himself on being for the members. Don Novey is for the members. This was obvious from the YouTube Video. He spoke and defended members rights. Where is our Don Novey? Is he waiting to fill a vacuum or will he come out and speak his mind. Personally, I don’t think there is another like him. We’re stuck with the Pepsi generation, whom are scared to do there elected job in fear of loosing their positions.
If Matt Cate or Arnold changed things resulting in Chapter Presidents and job stewards not having weekends off, the BOD would come together.
I’d just like to see Marques Jones or someone with real moxie to go for it, quit the politics, and handle business.

RR please don’t disillusion yourself with these thoughts. Every move should be calculated, things are going on in the dark corners of BOD meeting spots. When Mike controls the meeting, it is difficult to seize opportunites that seldom arise. What ever happened to the criminal charge in Fresno at Family Law Court? Someone hear was allegedly there when it happened. If that’s the case why hasn’t Mike been arrested? Not to say it didn’t happen but if no one does anything about an obvious crime what do you expect out of the “activists”? It’s not what you know, it’s what you can prove! You don’t walk into a room full of people loyal to a king and tear his heart out. You marshal troops, wage war directly, win battles indirectly. Do you see my point?! What happened to Corcoran is outrageaous and pisses me off to no end. The BOD did not meet on that issue this last weekend. And as for Day at CSATF, you are a world class bootlicker! When WE do take this Union back, we will remember who OUR allies were on the BOD’s.

Why doesn’t anyone mention the insurance scam he had going/attempted that would have put TWENTY MILLION ($20,000,000) DUES PAYING dollars into his and his girlfriends pocket?
We know this to be a fact. While this is unrelated to the CUSA suit, I(have seen the emails between the crooks). Mike’s actions have met so many RICO criteria, it’s not even funny. When are the Feds going to finally step cleans house and let us get going again?
This side note applies to all of you BOD members that have heard about this, remember two fundamental things, #1 you are freaking peace officers and you allow this behavior to continue. #2 When the black copters do finally show up for you it’s gonna be to late for you to feign ignorance.

Yes I agree with J.B., One reason why I can’t run for the E.C. Vice president spot. They claim in my chapter 13 the date of action was end of november 09. SO pretty much means Perry the lap dog will deny me from running against wrong way Chuck when i send my application in. Any one wanting to run file at last minute then hit the trail hard. Oh yeah the convention went from three days to two. I place my bets by the time it happens it will drop to one. Like I said the N.F.R. is in town and that hotel space it at a premium.

I understand your perspective, however, MJ’s “actions” or inactions depending on how you look at it, largely contributed to the problems this once great association has sustained. Novey was and is still, a savy politico. You don’t beat MJ by beating your chest and acting like the fool he has become. You regain this association by rising above the idiocrity and ignorance and reestablishing relationships within the legislature/administration. Therefore, do NOT quit the politics because it is essential to gaining traction within the capital and continually polishing those tools is in essence “handling business”

JB: Is that within one year of alleged offense or one year within DISCOVERY of alleged offense. In this case an alleged investigation was conducted and apparently recently completed. This action has the effect of disallowing those suspended from running again this year which effectively sidelines them for three yrs. Seeing as how our chapter elections are this year, Wanna’ bet that they have their ducks in a row and have deliberately strung this thing out for just this purpose??

Within Chapter 13, there is an assimilation to due process, with time frames, discovery rights and most of all, the ability to respond to all charges, (There Must Be Charges).
Were there charges made, and what specifically were they?
Hopefully, all those affected, would demand “Due Process” as there wasn’t a “PARAGRAPH 24″ back then and there WAS a Legitimate Chapter 13 Process, which should be adhered to as it was written then, as we all know that the Rules are NOT Retroactive…..
(That is unless you let them)

I’ve been watching this site for several days now as I’m off on worker’s comp and have some time. I find the extremely negative comments to be an example of why we are viewed as guards. I would guess that the Governor and his regime enjoy watching as the officer on officer attack unfolds here. I’m surmising that many of those who post here are either retired, injured or similarly situated staff with lots of time. I’d prefer to act in a positive fashion so that when I’m able to return to duty I have a job to go back to. I wish the administrator really would take the time to read all of the remarks that demean and dishonor each other’s opinion. I believe that it is possible to disagree with one another without attacking each other on a personal level. I think that more people would read and maybe even post here if they could do so without being verbally abused by the regular commenters. Maybe I’m wrong but I don’t think that after a long day in a nasty job that anyone wants or needs to be treated bad for asking questions or voicing an unpopular opinion. It also looks like you are trying to trace back ip addresses for some reason. No one I know wants any anonymous web site administrator crawling through the addresses and personal information they keep on their computer. I had been told that this site does run tracers and attempt to locate and identify new site visitors. Please tell me why you would do such a thing. I have probably made remarks that some readers won’t agree with but I hope that I will be allowed to post and comment without worrying about nonsense. I would like to see fewer personal attacks from all commenters and more focus on the issues instead. It’s a better way to expend energy. I’m just trying to be helpful.

For all the new folks that fled Paco, this usually happens every few months when the CCPOA leadership in Sacremento starts feeling desperate. No wonder Willie Brown was reported to be disgusted with CCPOA’s Mike Jimenez.
I see with this new insulting moniker you have learned to spell on this post and dropped the caps. That should make Bob Walsh happy, but come-on you can do much better than posting fake comments. After all, you spent millions on useless screw Arnold pins. Then again, I guess not much has changed with your juvenile tactics.
Baumann or should I say Paco Junior, you know and I know anytime you are a website Administrator, by title and scope, the Administrator has IP addresses automatically logged into their platform, mine & Pacos is WordPress. Monitoring IP addresses for the purposes of identifying rogue bloggers from taking over one’s site is why there is such a person assigned to blogs called the Administrator in the first place. Everyone knows that, so don’t misjudge our subscribers by assuming they are ignorant. Attempting to scare a few non-computer literate readers on this site for the purpose of discrediting it is a joke. To any subscribers that aren’t really computer literate, about IP addresses, it is an urban legend that if someone has your IP address they are able to get into your personal information. The IP address is assigned and maintained by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Only law enforcement with a court order can obtain your exact computer information from an IP address. So Mike Jimenez you can save the fear mongering for those that read on Pacovilla. Our readers on this site remain educated, so get lost at Hooters or find something better to do that involves the entire membership. To this day, my PAAC President cannot enter the building that our dues money built without an escort. However, a fired and refired LT. can continue to hold an office as a Chapter president and continue to threaten members without so much as a blink of an eye and still walk the halls of MJPOA as if he could do no wrong. If we do go to minimum wage, my forced support (dues money) of MJPOA will end. I will no longer fund the crooks that were suppose to represent us and our profession. I will pull my dues and go fair share. I can get the same coverage through AFLAC for my piggyback and for a lot less than $80 of my hard earned money. I think that there will be hundreds if not thousands that will follow suit. I have been bombarded by agents inquires about fair share and have advised them against it. But if minimum wage becomes a reality, I can guarantee you that their patience will end.
I present this thought to those that have been abusing our UPL, if your intentions are honorable and you really, truly have the best interest of the membership in mind, then you need to first fire your consultants, ie. Pam Douglas, Don Perata and others. Because as consultants they have failed in their consulting and as a body of workers we are not pleased with the results and therefore demand accountability. They need to be replaced. Secondly and most importantly, if you truly care about the 33,000 hard working, furloughed, minimum waged workers you would all resign for the betterment of our profession.
I sure hope the trial in 15 days, 5 hours and 32 minutes is open to the public as I have been saving a good portion of my furlough days. I could not think of a better way to get a bunch of minimum wage, BU06 members together and use our furlough days. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Not really sure why Mike Jimenez or his EC is coming on here speaking about Satan, but I find it kinda weird. I guess that is what happens when your hooked on drugs. I don’t think the Satan defense will work in court for you and Baumann. Old DJ could probably use medical since he’s run’n on 1 cylinder anyhow. I doubt Mike’s Carpal Tunnel will keep him from testifying.
On another note, I could use a court reporter. Anyone wanting to use furlough days to report what happens in court would be greatly appreciated by everyone here.
I do have one question for any legal people out there reading. Are Federal Judges obligated as justices of the peace to turn over cases to the proper authorities if they involve illegal activities such as white collar crime?

It goes to show you just how out of touch the EC is with reality. While we the members who work the “Toughest Beat in the State” worry about minimum wage, furloughs, lack of a contract, excessive adverse actions and a host of other issues that effect our daily lives, the EC and there family and friends decide that it is more important to attend an event on the memberships dues for an event that isn’t what it used to be in the past. I guess this little party is like the last meal for the condemned inmate. The time for the Day of Judgment is less than 7 days away.
I hope to see the Soledad Chapter President aka; “One and Done” at Pebble Beach. Since this is not a CCPOA meeting I am allowed to attend and plan on it. Better have the Police departments’ number on speed dial. Are you going to ride in the cart and wipe Mikeys ass or fetch his drinks.
The items listed as expenditures in the Secretary of State’s website to retirees or non-members would be appropriate as they are considered contracted employees. However, the names of the EC members and FOM’s who are still employed by CDC and already collect money from the state and/or CCPOA is absolutely wrong. These clowns live off our dime, never using any of their leave credits and bank all there leave credit hours and cash them in for compensation.
